Three Lefts Do Make a Right

Ah. It seems I have left this little blog behind, lately. Oh well, no matter. I guess no one wants to read my apologies with every post. :)

So. . What has been going on in my life lately. . . Well, sometime within the last month, I participated in the ACSI divisional spelling bee, and I placed second in the entire thing, messing up on the word “exchquer.” So now I am going to the regional one, which is in Pasadena. It’s on the 23rd – only a week!

I have my new elective, choir, which is pretty good, actually. It’s tough, but I’m getting it.

We just finished a history project in which everyone got a president, and had to make a report and a poster and present it to the class. For extra credit you could make your president’s favorite cookies and give them to the class. I feel good, because my snickerdoodles seemed to be a hit!

I spent last night at a friend’s house for her birthday. I had a blast! We watched The Game Plan, which was hilarious. It had a pretty cute storyline, too.

So that’s what’s been going on in my life. . . I think I’ll go make an “Of The Month” post for January.
